Very best results on surface appearance and corrosion protection are achieved with layer composition of 12 % Nickel, high corrosion protection after sealing with SurTec 555 or SurTec 555 S.

CHROMIUM(VI)-FREE PASSIVATIONS FOR PHOSPHATE LAYERS

SurTec 580 Product Info, MSDS	Liquid, trivalent chromium passivation, ChromiPhos, as post-treatment for phosphatings before lacquer finishing, intensifies the phosphate layer by filling the pores, causes an excellent lacquer adhesion, improves the corrosion protection and prevents underfilm corrosion.

SurTec 656 A Product Info, MSDS	Additiv for pH-value adjustment of the yellow chromating. The product is especially attuned to the yellow chromating and ensures extremely long service life of the bath.
SurTec 671 Product Info, MSDS	Highly concentrated yellow chromate on nitrate base with very good corrosion resistance. For zinc of all electrolytes, also in continuous lines and on zinc dye cast. IMDS No. 899343.
SurTec 674 Product Info, MSDS	Liquid, concentrated yellow chromate for zinc and zinc/iron, suited for barrel and rack application, produces on alkaline and acid zinc surfaces very scratch resistant, bright, iridescent yellow chromate layers, produces on zinc/iron layers out of alkaline electrolytes red-green iridescent, scratch resistant chromate layers. Very good corrosion protection and long service life, post treatment with stabiliser SurTec 550 prevents overchromating at drop spots in the dryer, the use of a sealer (e.g. SurTec 555) enhances the corrosion protection and reduces the iridescence.
SurTec 676 Product Info, MSDS	Yellow chromate on mixed acid base with very high corrosion resistance. For zinc of all electrolytes, highly wipe proof also on bright chloride zinc. IMDS No. 899343.
