Iron Phosphates

SurTec 600 Product Info, MSDS	Liquid product for combined cleaning and phosphating. Thin-coat phosphate by a spray process; especially proven for the cleaning of plastic parts, dosage via pH measurement.
SurTec 601 Product Info, MSDS	Liquid cleaning and phosphating agent for iron, aluminium and zinc properties by spray process, produces a dense and bluish phosphate layer on steel and a yellowish phosphate layer on aluminium.
SurTec 603 Product Info, MSDS	Liquid phosphatizing agent for immersion and spray application, suited for iron and steel, free of surfactants.
SurTec 606 Product Info, MSDS	Powder for combined cleaning and phosphating, producing thin coatings in spray processes. Aluminium and zinc are cleaned without phosphate deposition.
SurTec 608 K Product Info, MSDS	Liquid phosphating agent, rust remover, dries slowly, suitable for steel, dye-cast and zinc; according to MIL-M-10578.

Post-Treatment

SurTec 580 Product Info, MSDS	Liquid, trivalent chromium passivation as post-treatment for phosphatings before lacquer finishing, intensifies the phosphate layer by filling the pores, causes an excellent lacquer adhesion, improves the corrosion protection and prevents underfilm corrosion. Suited for immersion or spray application. Can be used for the passivation of phosphatings made of Zn, Mn, Zn/Ca or Tri-cationic phosphatings (e.g. SurTec 610, SurTec 615, SurTec 614, SurTec 617), also suitable for the post-treatment of Fe phosphatings(e.g. SurTec 600, SurTec 601).
SurTec 581 Product Info, MSDS	Liquid, chromium free passivation for phosphatings for post-treatment of phosphate layers before painting, prevents blistering of the paint, fills pores of the phosphate layer and enhances a good laquer adhesion. The slightly acidic passivation has a buffering effect and stabilises the condition on the surface, promotes good adhesion and prevents underfilm corrosion.
