Coating Process for Polyamide Plastics

  • SurTec 962 is a specially developed coating process for polyamide plastics
  • The process allows the metallization of mineral-filled PA6 plastics
  • The use of SurTec 962 S Sweller in combination with SurTec 962 Pd Ionogenic Palladium Activator and SurTec 962 A Accelerator produce an excellent coating with highest demands on adhesion properties
  • For the Electroless Nickel coating with highest stability, low working temperature and lead-free stabilizer, the process SurTec 971 Electroless Nickel is applied
